Via dit bericht laten we je weten dat onze Reporting API officieel is gelanceerd! Met deze Reporting API kun je jouw bol Affiliate rapportages automatiseren en gegevens koppelen aan de andere trackingsystemen. De bètaversie wordt op maandag 16 december 2024 buiten gebruik gesteld, dus we adviseren je om zo snel mogelijk naar de V2-versie te migreren.

Officiële Reporting API
Als je momenteel de bètaversie van de API gebruikt, zou een minimale migratie redelijk eenvoudig moeten zijn.
Stap 1: Update de endpoints die je aanroept naar de V2-URL's.
Stap 2: Update kolomnamen waar nodig.
Stap 3: Zorg ervoor dat de setup niet wordt beïnvloed door de nieuwe kolommen.
Stap 4: Bepaal of je een van de nieuwe kolommen in de setup wilt opnemen.
Stap 1: Nieuwe links naar endpoints
Via de onderstaande URL kom je bij de nieuwe endpoints.
Stap 2: Nieuwe kolomnamen
Let vooral op de nieuwe kolomnamen:
ordernummer >> orderId.
prijsInclusief BTW >> prijsIncl BTW.
prijsExclusief BTW >> prijsExcl BTW.
Stap 3: Nieuwe reeks kolommen
Om de nieuwe waardes een logische plek te geven in de rapportages, is de volgorde van de kolommen veranderd. Zorg ervoor dat jouw setup niet wordt beïnvloed door deze nieuwe kolommen.
Stap 4: Vijf handige toevoegingen
De bijgewerkte rapportages bevatten vijf extra kolommen:
"orderDateTime" het exacte tijdstip van aankoop.
"orderItemId" identificeert elk gekocht product binnen een bestelling.
“siteCode” is de unieke code van een domein en makkelijker te gebruiken dan SiteName.
“statusFinal” geeft aan of de status van een bestelling definitief is.
“approvedForPayment” geeft aan of de commissie voor een bestelling is goedgekeurd voor betaling.

We want to inform you that our Reporting API has officially been released! With this Reporting API you can automate your bol Affiliate reports and link your data to the other tracking systems. The beta version will be retired on Monday the 16th of December 2024, so we invite you to migrate to the V2 version at your soonest convenience.

Official Reporting API
If you are already using the beta API, a minimal migration should be fairly straightforward.
Step 1: Update the endpoints you call to the V2 url’s.
Step 2: Update column names where needed.
Step 3: Make sure your setup is not affected by the new columns.
Step 4: Decide if you want to incorporate any of the new columns in your setup.
Step 1: New endpoint URL’s
Go to the new endpoints via the URL below.
Step 2: New column names
Pay attention to the new column names, in particular:
orderNumber >> orderId.
priceIncludingVat >> priceInclVat.
priceExcludingVat >> priceExclVat.
Step 3: New sequence of columns
We opted to rearrange the order of the columns to a sequence that felt more logical. Make sure your setup is not affected by this new sequence of columns.
Step 4: Five useful additions.
The updated reports contain five additional columns:
"orderDateTime" the exact time of purchase.
"orderItemId" uniquely identifies each bought product within an order.
“siteCode” is the unique code of a domain, easier to use than SiteName.
“statusFinal” indicates if the status of an order is considered final.
“approvedForPayment” indicates whether the commission for an order has been approved for payment.
